(007) Zelda: OOT Master Quest 100% Walkthrough - Dodongo's Cavern

In this part, we complete the entirety of Dodongo's Cavern with the exception of a few unattainable Gold Skulltula's.

Infernal Dinosaur - KING DODONGO - 27:15

Items Needed: Bombs

The Arena is nothing but 4 straight segments of land all around the room and in the center is a huge pool of lava.

King Dodongo's attacks: He will walk into you, suck up air and breathe out fire which hurts badly, and curl up into a ball and try to run you over.

Strategy: This is the easiest boss in the game or possibly 2nd to Gohma. Simply back away until he sucks in air for his Fire Breath attack, when he sucks in, lob a Bomb into his mouth to stun him. Follow this up with a jump slash and quickly run around the side of him to avoid his rolling attack, before chasing him down. Repeat this 3 times to win.
