My Kingdom for a Leaf | Zelda: Link's Awakening Remake 100% Walkthrough "5/22" (No Commentary)

In this part, we begin gathering as many items as we can along the way to the next dungeon. We start by digging up our 7th Secret Seashell in CiaoCiao's Room before moving on to the Mysterious Forest. Inside the forest, we obtain our 8th Secret Seashell, our 7th Piece of Heart, and the Magic Powder Upgrade allowing us to carry up to 40 uses of it. From here, we return to Mabe Village and head over to Trendy Game to get the Spiny Figure and a Chamber Stone. Next, we head over to the Item Shop where we are finally able to buy Bombs. With Bombs in hand, we return to Tail Cave and blast open the cracked wall we found earlier to get our 9th Secret Seashell. With that done, we head east from the village and enter Ukuku Prairie. Upon entering, we enter the first cave we see and obtain our 8th Piece of Heart. After exiting the cave we encounter our first teleporter and activate it by stepping onto it. From here, we head north up the ladder and toss the rock aside in front of the Witch's Hut to find a small grassy area. We cut the center piece of grass, and dig under it to find our 10th Secret Seashell. Heading south back into Ukuku Prairie, we continue south and enter Pothole Field where we enter the building and meet Richard. Richard agrees to help us "find what we're looking for" in return for the five Golden Leaves from his castle. Continuing down the path, we find a large rock in the shape of a skull and blow it up to reveal a dig spot and our 11th Secret Seashell. A little further on we detour south into a rock garden of sorts and toss aside the one different type of rock to find our 12th Secret Seashell. We then enter the nearby cave and climb to the top of the cliff where we dig for our 13th Secret Seashell. Backtracking down the cliff and out of the caves other exit, we find the 14th Secret Seashell under a lone plot of grass in the corner, as well as our 2nd teleporter leading to Martha's Bay. We teleport back to Ukuku Prairie, and head over to the Seashell Mansion to get the 15th Secret Seashell just outside in the grass. We then enter the Seashell Mansion where we can receive prizes for the amount of Secret Seashells we've found so far, we end up gaining the first two prizes, our 9th Piece of Heart for 5 seashells, and the Seashell Sensor for 15 seashells. Before leaving the area, we dig up another teleporter leading to the Seashell Mansion. Moving on, we teleport to Ukuku Prairie and return to Mabe Village to place the Spiny Figure in the large families home as I forgot to do so earlier. We then return to the Seashell Mansion and head north to find a monkey. We give the monkey the Bananas we have and he builds us a bridge as well as leaves a spare Stick behind for us to take for the trade sequence. Passing the bridge, we find a hidden underground passage under some grass that allows us to sneak into Richard's Castle the back way. Once in the castle courtyard, we defeat a raven in a tree to gain our first Golden Leaf, then defeat a whack-a-mole styled enemy to get the 2nd Leaf. We then enter the castle and clear the 2nd room of enemies to receive the 3rd Leaf. Before moving upstairs we press the switch to open the castle gate for ease of access. Upstairs, we bomb the left side cracked wall to reveal an enemy holding the 4th Leaf. Lastly, we head out on the castle balcony and back in through another door to find a room with a door with a jar etched on it. We toss a jar at the door to open it and reveal a Ball & Chain enemy carrying the 5th and final Leaf. We now return to Richard and upon giving him his Leaves, we find an underground passage with our 16th Secret Seashell. Exiting, we end up in the Pothole Field and must carefully navigate our way to the back and dig up the Slime Key. Lastly, we unlock the dungeon and gather the 17th Secret Seashell buried above it.

- The Seashell Sensor is the reward we obtain for having at least 15 Secret Seashells when visiting the Seashell Mansion. When active, it will alert us to any nearby Secret Seashells when we pass by them. It can be deactivated by opening the menu and clicking on it.
